-Rate 2: Access to the first and second floor of the home included. Ideal for parties, dinners, lunch meetings. Dishes, glassware, flatware, and linens provided. Set up and clean up time must be included within the rental period. Clean up is the responsibility of the renter. $150 per hour $150 deposit
-Weddings: We offer several packages to choose from for renting the historic house for your wedding. Renters must also sign a Rental Agreement & Guidelines contract to rent the house. $150 deposit is due at time of signing.
-Holiday rentals. Access to the first and second floor of the home included. Ideal for parties, dinners, lunch meetings. Dishes, glassware, flatware, and linens provided. Set up and clean up time must be included within the rental period. Clean up is the responsibility of the renter. The house will be pre-decorated by professional florists, all floral arrangements and holiday decor are included for any gathering during the holiday season starting November 24th through January 5th. $200 per hour $150 deposit
Restrictions
- Valid for 1-Hour Room Rental at Whaley Historic House Museum only
- All rentals include rules and regulations as set out in our rental agreements that ensure the safety of the historic elements of the museum. As such, certain restrictions apply.
- No rentals during the month of December
- Maximum Capacity inside: 50 guests (standing), 25 (seated).
- Maximum Capacity inside+outside: Up to 70 guests.

- No more than 1 Voucher(s) per rental agreement
- No cash or credit back on unused amount
- Not valid with other discounts/promotions
- Promotional value of Voucher(s) will expire 6 months from date of purchase
